DRYING FRUIT

Drying fruit is not very different from drying vegetables.
An electric dehydrator will provide you with the most
successful results since the high moisture content of most
fruits makes oven drying impractical. When drying sulfured
fruits, it is best to place the dehydrator in a garage or
other well ventilated room since the small amount of sulfur
fumes released may irritate eyes and nose.
